I was in one of Guernsey’s high street shops and glanced out of the window to find a spectacular sight in the distance, so I abandoned my shopping and went off towards the lighthouse to capture some photos of the rough sea spraying over the breakwater and castle. Then of course I had to paint what I had seen.
